What was the GUI API used?
Its using .net winforms. I have a mono build which sort of works as well but needs some help before its in a state for release.

He definitely used ‘Microsoft Visual Basic 2008′ because there is the unmistakable Visual Basic 2008 icon in the top left of the program in the screen shot!
oh god…not VB i promise… C# all the way (with a few obligatory c++ win api hacks for good measure)
